Finally the frames got packed without any padding and they weren’t as tightly packed as when Nathan did it.  Halfway through the trip we got the message that they needed help sorting and counting frames since some of them got broken in transportation.  We spent a night and an afternoon sorting and repairing. 

I knew there was a risk they would break.  They’re just glued together and had to travel 10,000 miles.  I packed one of the 3d printed frame clamps and some glue just in case we needed to reglue them.  When we finally saw the boxes it was a struggle for me.  The frames obviously moved all around.  They were diagonal, broken, all over.  There were also a lot of boxes to go through.  We had to just start sorting.  The first night we just needed to organize 300 that weren’t damaged.  It was actually pretty easy.  We went through half the boxes and had one box that was damaged. 

The next afternoon was more difficult.  We were trying to organize the rest and fix the damaged ones.  I never found my frame clamp or glue.  Luckily more than half the screwdrivers made it so people could put pictures in.  We repaired as many as we could.  Finally there were <50 that were actually broken– pretty good for traveling 10,000 miles.  I took pictures after sorting.
