We finally finished the frames! The final count is 1033. There was really only a week to spare prior to the packing party.  In total we’re bringing more than 1100 frames.  Also, in total we’re bringing more than 100 boxes of supplies.  Each person will check one suitcase and one box; more boxes if they need less suitcases. 

At this point I feel like I need to let go of the frames.  Nathan did a good job packing, but they’ll all need to be repacked in the formal boxes.  They are smaller and thicker.  Also the weight needs to be less than 50lbs per box.  During the packing party they didn’t get to the frames.  There’s a team that needs to inventory everything for export and import.  I don’t know how the boxes will be packed.  I don’t know exactly what will happen with the frames in Malawi.  We needed to make them.  I need to let go of everything else.
